I am running 64bit. I thought it might not be compatible, but I couldn't find the specs anywhere. Thanks for the input.

Are you running the 32-bit 1.1 Framework or the 2.0 64-bit? I don't think GPMC is compatible with the 64-bit framework, though you can install the 32-bit 1.1 and run both.
