So you mean that the user policies on the TS GPO aren't applying?

Is loopback still enabled?

Yes, TM-Titan is my TS. I have the policy enforced and linked, but when
I log in as a user who is a part of the groups listed, and do a gpupdate
/force, and the gpresult, it does not list my TerminalServerPolicy as
being applied. If I link it up directly under TMARK.LOCAL it will
apply, but causes other problems. I can't figure out why it won't apply
from the Terminal Server OU.

Is TM-Titan the name of your TS box? If so, then I don't see anything
from here that would indicate why its not being processed.

In trying to correct the install issue I was having this morning, I must
have messed something else up. Now my Policy is not applying at all.
Does anyone see what might be wrong? I've done gpupdate and gp results,
but the policy is not being seen at all.
