Disabled means that one or both sides of the GPO is set to disabled. You
should see this pretty quickly in GPMC if you highlight that GPO.

Subject: [gptalk] User policy on a VMWare instance

Hello List,

I changed my loopback policy to merge but the user still gets the
screensaver. I created this GPO and linked it to the OU created just for
these instances. When I do a gpresult; under "The following GPOs were not
applied because they were filtered out" my policy is listed with

Filtering: Disabled <GPO>. Can anyone tell me what this means?

Thanks in advance for any help provided.
