[gptalk] SYSVOL issue (not shared or maybe FRS problem?)

after using the sonar utility I found this problem if anyone knows a
quick solution - or any solution at all for that matter please let me
know.  a symptom of this problem (I have reason to believe) is that
users are having an abnormally long wait to log in in the morning.
