You can but its infinitely easier to use a security group, even if it's a group of one for some time (well, ok, I guess if you're creating a group for every individual user then no, but I'm assuming the group may be used more over time). If so, you could create a new GPO and security filter it to the group of "Presenters" that sets the timeout to something very long or just unsets it.
