[gptalk] Offline Files -Folder Redirection - Synching -.. Scanning?

On one machine, when it is performing a synchronization, the status text
will say
synchronizing \\servername\sharename on servername SCANNING filename on
username\MyDocuments\filename(s)
While on most other computers, the status text just says
synchronizing \\servername\sharename <file://servername/sharename> on
servername username\MyDocuments\filename(s)
What causes the first machine to read the status text like the first
notice above. Basically, trying to figure out why it says SCANNING, and
then the filename, and then the path
Very weird
