[gptalk] Group Policy for System Services

Just wanted to send an email out to see if anyone had any good reference
material for this. The settings seem pretty straight forward, but at
times I get a few bugs, If I save or apply the settings it seems if I
double click on one to review its advanced permissions it sets
everything back to default. Also, I get and exception error when exiting
the actual template I am configuring, some type of read error for mmc.
