As for upgrading of AGPM's archive, I don't know the answer to that but I
can find out. Not sure why you would lose the archive but I haven't played
with AGPM very much. Do you have the KB article # that talks about that?
In terms of which platform to manage GPP on, I always prefer not doing work
directly on a server, so Vista, SP1 would be my choice.

Good Morning everyone, I currently have AGPM installed in a Windows 2003.
I read in a KB that it's not possible to migrate a Win2k3 AGPM GPO Arvhive
to Vista or Windows 2008, is that correct? Would it be possible to upgrade
the OS from WIn2k3 to Win2k8, would that allow me to keep my current GPO
Archive and not lose my historical data?
If I implement RSAT on Vista or GPMC on Windows server 2008 and use one or
the other to manage group policy, so I can use the GPPs, does anyone have a
prefers on which to use RSAT on Vista or GPMC on Win2k8?
