[gptalk] FW: FW: GP folder redirection issue - desktop

I can't get my desktop folder re-direction to work properly.  I have
verified that the path is correct and that the user DOES NOT have
exclusive rights to the desktop. You can see the settings below.  

 

When I'm logged in as a user and do gpupdate /force I get a message
telling me to check the event log for errors.  It also says "Certain
User policies are enabled that can only run during logon. OK to logoff.
<Y/N>"  I have logged off and on several times and always get this
message.

 

Gpresult says my policy IS being applied correctly.

 

When I check the event log, there is an information entry that says the
Desktop folder was successfully re-directed:
