If you're seeing this on your DC, then that means your DC is having a hard
time read one of the GPOs that apply to it, which is obviously not good
considering it should be using its own copy of the GPO to process policy.
The GUID below is the default domain policy GPO so it appears that there may
be permission issues with the SYSVOL portion of that GPO on that DC. You
might want to check that DC's FRS event log to see if FRS is having a
problem replicating GP to that DC. I would start there.

I cannot see any issues after looking at some Microsoft KB articles with
this. I continually see this error on one my DC's in the Application event
log. Has anyone seen this issue before? Not sure where else to look to
resolve this problem [note: I removed my domain name and added domain.com].

Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO
CN={31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9},CN=Policies,CN=System,DC=domain,DC
=com. The file must be present at the location
<\\domain.com\sysvol\domain.com\Policies\{31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984
F9}\gpt.ini>. (Access is denied. ). Group Policy processing aborted.
