I have seen this when sysvol replication is failing (assuming you have
more than one)... such as due to clocks being more than 30 minutes out
of sync.

        I cannot see any issues after looking at some Microsoft KB
articles with this. I continually see this error on one my DC's in the
Application event log. Has anyone seen this issue before? Not sure where
else to look to resolve this problem [note: I removed my domain name and
added domain.com].
        Any help with this would be great, thanks!!
        Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO
n,DC=com. The file must be present at the location
B984F9}\gpt.ini>. (Access is denied. ). Group Policy processing aborted.
