[gptalk] Enforcing Icons on Desktop -

I know the GPO settings to Remove certain icons from the desktop, what I don't
know intuitively is, if i disable those settings, does that do the "Reverse",
and enforce that those icons are on the desktop.
i.e, my ultimate goal is to make sure that internet Explorer, My Documents and
My Computer icons are all on the desktop
