I'm not sure if there's a way to do this via a script or other method, but there are some utilities out there that will create an MSI that creates ODBC DSNs. Advanced Installer (www.advancedinstaller.com) is one of them. The ODBC portion is part of the "professional" edition feature set, which means some $$$, but a fully functional 30-day trial is available.
