[gptalk] Define as Local Network

Hello,
Is there any way to define a group of networks as being local through a
GPO? I am implementing a proxy server to filter our web traffic
through, but I don't want any local (traffic inside our network) going
through them. The only way Iv been able to get around this is by using
the exceptions list in the GPO, but I was hoping for a more inclusive
method of doing this rather than by individual IP address.
