Hi Brian,
  I have sucessfully deployed Acrobat 7 Pro and Reader 7 with an MST
generated from the Acrobat Install Tuner.

Obviously you create a MST for each package.

The tuner fully customises the
install with everything and anything that you can configure in Acrobat & Reader
