smithfield Y...address is 14370 Mill Swamp Road.

What: Spring Series awards.
Food and Drink: John and Anne are providing meat and potatoes. Becky
Wandling is making a big salad. Susan Tomes is bringing some dessert.
Needed:
(1) Beer and Soft Drinks
(2) Appeteasers (deviled eggs, veggie tray, etc) maybe enough to
feed 8 or so.
(3) Folding Chairs...
(4) Anything special.
Who: about 22 crewmembers have responded.
