[gpsbug] Pagan River Challenge

A good racing day! Cool with 12-15 kts from the North, which made for a
couple of nice reaches. Thanks to Allan for all his support & the very
nice pin he put out for the race!
Wind Rush II was first across at 10:59:55 followed by Catrageous at
11:02:07, then Recovery, then Wind Tether, Funkytown & Tranquillity. (It
was Wind Tether astern of Recovery)
