[gps-talkusers] updated POIs for Louisville

For any of you attending the ACB convention in Louisville, make sure to
update your USA User POI file. I updated the categories for 30 or so points
as well as adding a few new ones. This is the beauty of the new integration
of Sendero Maps and our portable devices. Note that in order to transfer
your points from your BrailleNote or Sense unit, use the synchronize option
in the Sendero Maps Tools menu.
I hope others will take advantage of this new convenient way to share their
user points.
