Just a word of warning for John, though...remember that the import duty is 
pretty hefty on these products and, in fact, when I bought mine from Sendero, 
it was virtually as much as the receiver was itself!  Therefore, you may wish 
to buy it locally and, sadly, do without the added value.

Hi John,
Yes, Amazon has it for $60 and it does have physical on/off slider. Note: if 
purchased from Sendero a case, wall adapter and great support are included.
