Hi, I use the Nokia 6620 with the Talks software and think it's excellent.
There is an email list for Talks users, it's
  talks@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
You can write to me off list if you want at:
dwgordon@xxxxxxxxxxxx

Good luck,

Dave

Subject: [gps-talkusers] has anyone used talks

  Hi there everyone,
I know this is off topic and I hope Mike will forgive me but I think one of
you mentioned it some time ago. My question is, has anyone used the "talks"
software by Cingular. It is said to give speech feedback for most of the
functions on a mobile phone. Access World did revieww it a couple of months
ago, but I would like to hear from someone who has actually used it. I have
also come across a free download, which enables a camera phone to tell the
vision impaired user the colour of objects. Has anyone used this and does it
work? Thanks everyone. Sorry Mike for the side-track.
  thanks Jason
