Hello Jim,
Glad you got 4.02 up and running, and it is working out for ya.

The RMF pois are POIs TeleAtlas collects and puts directly into their maps, I extracted them from the .rmf file hence the RMF in the name. The USGS are separate POIs obtained from the US Geological Survey, they may have pois in common with each other and may even have pois in common with the InfoUSA's POIs (i.e. the commercial POIs).

Hi Charles, I just downloaded and installed the new GPS 4.02 patch. Thanks so much for your continuing efforts to improve an already great program, and for all those who contribute to it. I also downloaded the 400usa.rmf file. I used the .bks extension so I could unpack the zip file which worked great.
Just wondering what rmf poi's are and how they differ from the USGS poi's?
Thanks again and best regards.

Hello everyone,
Sendero Group is pleased to announce a new Patch to the Sendero

If you already have 4.0 installed just install this patch over

if you haven't yet installed 4.0 please install that first then
the
patch (remember to do a 123 or an SDF reset first before
installing the patch.)
There are separate installs for the PK and the mPower make sure
you
download the correct version.

Here are the issues fixed since the last patch

* Braille Thumb keys in lists will now advance the Braille
display correctly.
* Improved route navigation on roundabouts.
* Improved route turn descriptions for highways.
* Improved route creation, occasionally missed turning waypoints
when
the street name changed.
* Improved address lookup when the search address was not found.
* Fixed Braille Display issues when switching to a new map/poi
folder.

The web-site also lists all issues fixed since 4.0, just follow
the
link "Bug Fixes Detailed" in the "Free Downloads" section of the
www.mysendero.com website.
This patch is a cumulative patch which has all bug fixes for all
previous patches combined in this release.

There are no Map or POI updates related to this patch.
