User poi's are in our own binary format, the collective user pois are
in a different binary format the same as the commercial POIs.

The commercial POIs that come with your maps are in the same
download file on MySendero.com
If you are referring to the user POIs, they do not require a
password. Go to http://www.senderogroup.com/download.htm
