Hi everyone,
As a follow up to this, any multi state map (eg. California, Texas,
New York, Ohio, etc.) the master city index file for the entire state
is located in the first section of the map's zip file. i.e.
California_1-40.zip, Texas_1-40.zip, NewYork_1-40.zip, ...
