I thought of another way you could have a unique file for your personal
User points so you can leave your User.poi file for points you can share
with others. Open a route called User, personal or whatever you like.
Record a Waypoint within that route file and name it appropriately.
Whenever you want your private points loaded, use that route file. This
isn't the normal way a route is used but it is an option for a way to group
points in separate files. These files will have a .GPS extension and you
can as many as you like.
