Hi Dennis, Not at this time, this is on our wish list. The easiest way to do this right now would be to create a "route" of your favorite places and load the route virtually move through the route to the favorite location you want then close the route. You can keep adding as many favorite locations to the end of the route.
Hope this helps. Charles. At 05:52 AM 11/2/2008, you wrote:
Hi KevinThanks for that, but I was really referring to a virtual position other than the previous one. The reason I ask is that sometimes when setting a virtual position you're asked to give it a name so it must be stored somewhere. The only way I can find a virtual position from the past seems to be to open a route and go to its destination which I can then set as a virtual position. Just wondered if there's a quicker way? Thanks. For example, you had your VirtualPosition set toyour house then set it to your friend's house and wanted to goback to yourhouse; this is possible provided that you didn't move virtuallybetween thetwo positions. The command on the BT is SPACE with dots 2356 andon the QTit is CTRL with Down Arrow. This command will move you back toyour lastVirtual Explore Position.Kevin-----Original Message----- From: gps-talkusers-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:gps-talkusers-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of djden(DennisFreedman) Sent: Thursday, October 30, 2008 12:19 PM To: gps-talkusers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [gps-talkusers] Return_ to a virtual position quickly?Hi Listers!Just wondering if I can save myself some time, or whether I'vejust missedsomething in the manual? (smile).I'm using Sendero GPS ver 5,0. I can create a virtual positionfrom a poior destination, but is there a quick way of returning to thatvirtualposition rather than having to load in a route containing thevirtualposition or look for the relevant poi?Any help welcomed, and, as always, apologies if this is embeddedsomewheredeep in the manual...Dennis from the UK.
