Are these headphones Bluetooth, if so how difficult are they to Sink with
the BN?

Hi,
If I'm remembering correctly, it's 4 hours to charge and 8 hours use.
You press and hold the power button to turn them on, you press and hold the
power button to turn them off.
When they are on, just tap the power button and you will cycle through
volume levels.
