If you are looking for full access there is nothing at this time. There are 2 Nextel phones that provide some access at this time. Visit their page and search for TTS. This will bring up the phones that have the TTS on them. There is only one phone that has the TTS already installed and can be found only on their online store. Please note that text messages and email will not be read fully. When I spoke with Cingular, a couple of months ago, they were selling an outdated phone for $200 and outdated Talks software for the same price. Only by accident during a google search did I learn that I could buy the MSS software separately and put it on my own phone. I don't know if Cingular is lying; maybe their sales reps just don't know all the phones that work with the software. At least they offer something to blind people. I have been told by a number of Verizon employees that all of their phones are accessible to me because I can bring it to their stores and they will do whatever I want, like change the ring tone, etc. It seems to be beyond their comprehension that accessibility means I can access my phone as easily as someone with sight. But Verizon does at least carry one phone compatible with MSS, and the company has been great in every other way. ----- Original Message ----- From: MetroMan <mailto:robertantunez@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: gps-talkusers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Tuesday, June 05, 2007 9:01 PM Subject: [gps-talkusers] Nokia N75 Today I called cyngular enquiring about the N75 and the Talks software. I was told by the disabilities representative that the N75 absolutely did not work with the N75. I saw it advertised on Amazon for $49.99. I then called Sendero Group and spoke with Peter who told me that he had installed some N75 cell phones with the Talks software. To bad Cyngular has to lie so patently to blind people in order to sell their Nokia 6620 series. If a friend hadn't have told me, I would have invested $200.00 on the 6620. Thankfully, I avoided this tremendous expense no thanks to cyngular.
