Joleen,

I would have to say personally that I have found the feedback forum for
TeleAtlas is not the best one in terms of finding nor reporting to. I think
that the first time it took me around 20 minutes to find where the feedback
forum was located at, then about another 10 minutes to report the map issue.
I have outlined steps in reporting mapping errors to TeleAtlas below.

1. Visit:
http://www.teleatlas.com/ForConsumers/MapFeedback/index.htm?ssSourceNodeId=401
2. You will want to find and click on the link "map feedback"
3. You will be now at the map feedback forum where you will input your
information.
4. You will select your country using the drop down box
5. You will then select your state/province
6. You will then select the "give_feedeback" link
7. You will be brought to a screen asking for the location in which you are
encountering the problem. You can input the information by using the address
or by lat/lon, if by address, the state and country field will already be
entered. (when entering the information using lat/lon, be sure to have it in
decimal degree, the information that is presented in the Sendero GPS is not
in this format and will have to be converted, there is a utility that does
the conversion for you at the following: http://www.loadstone-gps.com/tools/
8. If you entered an address, select the "map place" button, if you used
lat/lon, select the "map location" button.
9. Select the "next" button
10. This screen will ask for what the problem is, you can specify what the
issue is and what you want done. For example, if there is a street address
that isn't in the database at the moment, you can have a request to add it.
11. After selecting the problem and what to do, it will ask you where the
issue was found. Here you would type in Sendero GPS
12. Under comments, you might add using January 2007 maps
13. Select the "next" button
14. There will be a confirmation screen containning all of the information
that was just entered, if you are satisfied, select the "submit" button.
15. You will receive an email regarding your recent feedback

You have just reported a mapping error to TeleAtlas.

Kevin
