Dennis,

Yes, the PK has both Braille and speech.

It was pretty cool using this nice little unit with all the software acting 
just as you would expect from Keysoft applications. Even with the smaller 
size, the keys are still very easy to use. They are in a slightly different 
shape but similar enough that the adjustment would be minimal. I was pretty 
impressed how well it was working for a newly announced product.
