Hi Leslie
You may want to clear your Internet cache and re-download the Patch make
sure the exe says "PK" in the file name, then make sure you do a 123 reset
and try going into GPS before hand (you shouldn't be able to)
Then install the patch and you shouldn't hear any warnings just
"Installation of Patch complete" at the end.
Then reset normally and it should be upgraded to 4.01
