Hold in the reset button together with the three sdf keys held down; release
the reset when a beep is heard; do not release the sdf (123) keys until you
hear the BrailleNote chime - which will be at least 10 seconds coming.

Hi All,
I'm having trouble installing this latest patch. It seems as if my reset
attempts are unsuccessful. I have tried JKL and SDF, and I can still access
GPS even though no cards are in my mPower. I am holding down the 3 keys,
then pressing reset till beep, then releasing reset then the 3 keys. Am I
doing something wrong?
I would appreciate anyone's input.
