[gps-talkusers] EPEAT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Can anyone tell me, please, how to switch off the repeat announcements in V3.1 
- note, switch it off, not change the interval?  I used to have this turned off 
under V3.0 but, for the life of me, I can't find out how to do it under V3.1!
