[gps-talkusers] Chat room capacity has been increased to 20

I am pleased to report that we have increased the chat room capacity
from 6 to 20 people. Now, no excuse for not showing up next Wednesday
at 6 PM Pacific time.
If we do end up with a lot more people in the room at the same time,
I would remind the more talkative folks to exercise some restraint.
It is nice to hear from and read comments from a wide variety of people.
Hint, hint.
