Todd,
I've communicated with PDI on several occaisions and each time, they have
been very receptive to my questions/concerns.
That being said, I admit to being somewhat disappointed in the fact that no
face to face communication program or vibrating alarm were added to the BN
despite repeated requests from deafblind users.
