A couple weeks ago, we were talking about the new Sandisk 8 GB compact flash card. At this point, I don't recommend using this card although the idea of a single card for all the US maps with plenty of room left over is very enticing.

Unfortunately, something strange happens when you press reset on the PK. The card is somehow corrupted and becomes unusable. I have verified this problem with tow separate cards. I'll wait a while an try again.
