[gpodder-devel] upgrade downloads from 0.8.0 to 0.8.9?

It has been planned to add a migration script to convert from 0.8.0
downloads to 0.9.0 (0.8.9), but this has been dropped as it didn't seem
like the benefit was worth the hassle. If this is important to you, I
can provide you with instructions on how to write such a script. It
would surely also benefit other users. Sadly, I currently don't have
the time to do such a script.
