[gpodder-devel] new version downloads new episodes, but screen empty

And one more thing... having started with a brand new ~/.config/gpodder and
default preferences, the Play function failed to run gnome-open.  That error
probably ought to have GUI support, maybe a messagebox suggesting that the
user configure their audio player commandline.
