Once I set "cmd_download_complete" to "s:Proggpodder-2.18-win32libtagging_hook.py", every episode will finished with message "Failed:Error:[Errno 0] Error".
The hook script have to be in the user folder of gPodder under the "hook" directory. (https://github.com/gpodder/gpodder-hook-scripts/blob/master/README.md)
mutagen have to be in the python path.What is the command line output if you start gPodder in the command window with "gpodder --verbose"
