[gpodder-devel] gpodder crashing after recent libgpod updates

gpodder is crashing on iPod sync since the updates to libgpod for
writing MHOD 53.
It copies the files fine, but segfaults when it tries to write the
iTunesDB. gtkpod can find the orphaned files and remove them, and works
otherwise.
I've attached a backtrace of the sync operation.
This happens with the svn or most recent release of gpodder. Did
something change (or need to be changed) with the python bindings?
