Trying to start 3.10.9 in WinXP, won't start and gives this error:
gpodder.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point DeleteProcThreadAttributeList could not be located
in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.
No such problem with 3.5.1 which starts normally.

this is a bug fix release, with Youtube downloads working again after
breaking 3 weeks ago when http access was discontinued by google.
Linux, macOS and Windows are supported.
