Khaos,
When the New Episodes window opens, you can click Select All, then Mark as Old.
That window will then close. In the main window, you can click the Released
column header to sort by new. Select the first (newest) podcast in the list.
Then, scroll down as far back as you want to go, and shift+click the oldest one
you want. Right-click the selected podcasts and choose Download. It will then
download that list.
