Yes, that should be possible. This is easier implemented in gPodder 4
with its support for plugins / feed providers (in this case we might
want to forego the Atom feed completely and just talk to the V3 API
directly, similar to e.g. the Soundcloud support).
Another issue is that coverart is not automatically downloaded.
Yes, this probably also needs some API-powered fixing. This should
make downloading the cover art more reliable and make it possible to
get higher-quality cover art. Want to work on a patch? ;)
