[gpodder] Translation updates (good news everyone)

Hi,

Good news for all non-English-speaking gPodder users (and translators as
well, obviously): I've had some free time this morning, so I went ahead
and figured out what the 'tx' utility did and how I could make it work
the way I think it should work. Turns out that the 'tx' utility doesn't
have a "merge stuff from the website into the local translation files"
mode, but only allows us to overwrite local files(?).

I've now written a small script (data/po/merge-from-transifex.sh) that
takes care of pulling the translation files from Transifex. It then uses
msgmerge to merge these changes (by using the Transifex-supplied files
as "compendium"). This keeps the diff small and verifyable, so the
problem with disappearing strings won't hopefully happen again ;)

This means that the next version of gPodder 3 (which will be released
"soon" ;) will have some updated translation goodness! (woo!)

Since it has been quite some time since this worked reliably, I hereby
hope to be more on top of things regarding translations. The latest
update of translations just happened a few minutes ago in the Git repo:

Updated translations: Danish, Greek, Spanish, French, Galician,
Hebrew, Italian, Kazakh, Norwegian Bokmål, Russian, Swedish, Turkish

    New translations: Basque, Chinese

Apparently I can't get the author information directly from the 'tx'
utility, and the "Last translator" info was also missing when I used
'tx push' to push updated translations before (which I do), so author
information is lost (but can be looked up in the Transifex website UI).
If you did a translation but are not credited in "data/credits.txt",
please get in touch, so I can add you!

For the future, I hope to be able to more often update translations from
Transifex, and maybe even enhance the script to automatically commit
changes with the correct author information (any suggestions on how to
get that from the Transifex Client or API appreciated! :).

Thanks,
Thomas
