[gpodder-devel] Performance patches / splash screen

Hello,

I like the performance improvements. The startup time is faster but
takes still a lot of time (I have 13 feeds in my list).

I don't like the splash screen, because I don't know what's going on in
the background while gPodder is loading.
In my opinion the splash screen would be a good idea, if the startup
time is about 0-3 seconds. If it takes longer I would like to see what's
going on.
