[gpodder-devel] New adding/editing channel GUI

Hello, gPodder users and devs :)
I've improved the add/edit channel GUI for gPodder a bit, so it fits
better into our new channel navigator-style. Fixed some nasty bugs and
cleaned up the codebase along the way, too.
