I frequently export my gPodder downloads from the app itself to regular
Windows files, in order to transfer them by flash drive to my tablet for
offline viewing or listening.
What I would LIKE to do is to prepend the date (and time?) of the episode to
the beginning of the file name automatically. Therefore an episode titled
"This is what we're talking about today" dated 12-May-2020 would be saved as
"2020-05-12 This is what we're talking about today.mp3" in the actual output
folder.
Is there ANY way to do this? I presume it would have to be through an
extension, but I'm completely lost there. Instructions on how to go about
this will be greatly appreciated.
I'm using gPodder latest version 3.10.15 in Windows 10, although I also have
it running on a Linux Mint 19.3 Cinnamon x64 system, and can tinker there -
but Windows is my primary OS at this point. Thanks in advance!
