Hi again
I just discovered that I can edit the settings.json file placed in the GPO
download folder with notepad on windows. This is very nice.
So I think I found my solution right now and I'm sorry for bothering you with
this.
Have a good new year and kind regards
Ben

Betreff: [gpodder] gPodder 3.10.0 / Python 3 and Windows support status
Hi,
I’ve merged gtk3 into the master branch and tagged a new release.
Things might break, etc.. but since Debian now reports bugs against packages
still using “pygtk”, this seems like a good time:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=885295
I have also taken the time to clean up the branches, we now have:
master — Python 3 / Gtk+3 / PyGObject (new development should happen here)
old/gtk2 — gPodder 3.9.x using Python 2, Gtk+2, PyGTK, including Windows
support
All other branches are gone and have been replaced with tags starting with
“obsolete/“.
Going forward, I expect development to continue solely on the master branch,
maybe at some point re-introducing automated builds for Windows (but depends on
the PyGObject story and if somebody wants to do the work). Failing that, I can
see the gtk2 branch still receiving bug fixes and occasional releases, those
should be tagged as 3.9.x, and pushing a tag should also do a Windows release
build for that, so that’s easy to maintain.
