Duke, I have a braille blazer as well. I haven't installed things for a while,
but I needed to get a special cable that has a USB connector on one end and I
believe a mail parallel port connector on the other end. So, I would definitely
try parallel setting on the braille blazer. I will confirm the settings when
I return home later today because I have to reinstall things on my new computer.

I did add a generic text only printer. I selected it in good feel. I chose
via USB. I can't remember whether I should set my blazer to parallel or
Serial. In either case, it doesn't want to print.
