I am copying my reply to our GoodFeel listserv.
To insert new measures into your piece:
Move to the measure that should precede the new empty measures. In your
case, bar 8.
Press CONTROL+I to open Lime's Insert Measures dialog.
Enter the desired value in each field of the dialog. Press the tab key to
move from field to field.
In your current situation, choose the option to have the new measures appear
at the end of the current system.

I am currently working on an assignment
It is a continuation of what I already had. It was 8 measures and now I need
to expand it to 13 measures. Only 8 measures are on the page and I do not
know how to expand to more. It is in 2/4
