for blind musicians in Morocco

  Hello to all of you

Sorry for cross-posting and not being strictly on topic for any of the 2
lists I am writing. I thought though that this is as good a place as any for
blind musicians to exchange. Are any of you in the Tetuan region in Morocco
this December ? Maybe some of you were even invited to the festival? I don't
know much about it, just that they want to have me play a classical guitar
concert at their first edition of an international music festival with blind
musicians.
I have never taken part in a festival centered around blind musicians so I am
very curious.

  Anyway, thought I'D share.

  Take care,

  Ioana

Subject: [braille-music-chat] braille edition of the six cello suits by Bach

    Hello
My lyre teacher has the notes of the Six Cello Suits by Bach published
by the English Company Of Music.
She plays the Suits on her lyre. She taught me some pieces of these
Suits. Until now just from the first suit Suit number 1. She and I
want that I will learn more pieces of these Suits.
The RNIB have the notes of the Six Cello Suits published by another
publisher. I can't remember their name at the moment. I need to have
the braille music notes of the same edition that my teacher has them
so I could learn independently the music.
The RNIB wrote very clearly that there are variations in the Six
Cello Suits in the notes that they have.
Does anyone know if and where can I obtain the Six Cello Suits by Bach
published by The English Company of Music? Do you know whether the
RNIB would agree to transcribe another edition of the Six Cello Suits
although they already have one edition of it?
Thank you very much in advance for all your help.
    Kind regards,
    Yarden
